Our project, Creative Balance is launching its first stage of significant research.

Stage one will explore how BPOC-led creative spaces can function as protective factors for mental health within Scotland's creative sector.

This transformative work is intended to help shape policy recommendations and frameworks for developing well-being & mental health-supportive creative environments.

We're seeking a Research Assistant to help facilitate this work.
